Vastgoedmarketing 50B is part of CU communicatie based in Amsterdam. CU communication respects your privacy and processes personal data in the capacity of data controller in accordance with the AVG. The Privacy Policy was last updated on February 1, 2021. We reserve the right to unilaterally modify or supplement our Privacy Policy by updating this page. You are therefore advised to consult this page regularly. When there are material changes to the Privacy Policy, a clear notification will follow via the website.

In this Privacy Policy, we explain:

CU Communicatie may use your personal data for the following purposes:

CUSTODY

Third parties to whom we provide your personal data are themselves responsible for compliance with privacy laws. CU Communicatie is neither responsible nor liable for the processing of your personal data by these third parties. To the extent that a third party processes your personal data in the capacity of a processor of CU communicatie, CU communicatie shall enter into a processor agreement with such third party that meets the requirements set forth in the AVG.

In order to provide our services, we may need to transfer your personal data to a recipient in a country outside the European Economic Area. In that case, CU Communications will ensure that such data transfers are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

YOUR RIGHTS

  • The right to object to profiling;
  • The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; and
  • The right to withdraw the consent given. 

Again, there may be circumstances in which we are authorized to continue processing your data, particularly if the processing is a requirement to comply with our legal obligations.
